The 2016 Galpin Ford Gulf F-150 Exclusive includes two Green Machine wheel variations. Green Machine variant #1 features wheels coated entirely with the characteristic metallic emerald-green paint including the wheel well enclosures. Green Machine variant #2 features wheels predominately coated with the trademark paint color but with accented margins of light gray and includes standard black wheel well enclosures. The latter variant is presumed to be rare given that only one has been currently documented.

The 2015 Ford F-150 XL Green Machine from Black Bandit Series 14 features a version with black wheels. The variaton is likely due to a factory error in which the wheels from the standard release were inadvertently used instead of the proper metallic emerald-green wheels. It is unknown whether more of these versions are in circulation given the low Green Machine production run.

The 1967 Chevrolet Impala Sport Sedan from Hollywood Series 6 also includes a 'chase' version with metallic-teal colored wheels. The variaton is likely due to a factory error in which the intended GreenLight Green color was not blended precisely and applied to an unknown number of models. Coincidentally, several vehicles from GL Muscle Series 8 and the entire collection of vehicles in Black Bandit Series 9, which were produced during the same time as Hollywood Series 6, were also released with the incorrect trademark color.

The Stock Blue 1967 Ford Mustang GT Coupe from MCG Stock & Custom Series 7 also includes a version with custom wheels and tires. The variaton is likely due to a factory error in which the wheels and tires from the Custom Green 1967 Ford Mustang GT Coupe were inadvertently used on the stock model (see comparison below).

The 1965 Shelby GT-350 from MCG Stock & Custom Series 10 also includes a version with black and chrome wheels. It is not known whether this particular variation is widely circulated or not as there are currently no other documented copies but given the production run of 5000 units it is likely that more of these versions exists.

The GreenLight Exclusive 1968 Ford Mustang High Country Special Green Machine with chrome wheels and Firestone tires is presumed to be a rare variation based upon two that are known to exist. However, it is likely that more of these variations are in circulation given the high Green Machine production of 244 units.
